Since 2015, Kyle Scheiner has been representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the New York City Metropolitan area

Starting his career at a title agency, Kyle gained valuable experience in identifying and resolving title issues, ensuring smooth transaction closures. In 2016, he joined one of Manhattan’s leading real estate firms and was appointed partner in 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. After remaining with the firm through its acquisition in 2022, Kyle founded Scheiner Law, P.C. in 2024.

 Kyle boasts extensive experience in representing both buyers and sellers across a wide spectrum of residential real estate transactions. His work spans condominium units, cooperative apartments, as well as single- and multi-family homes. Kyle’s comprehensive approach involves guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process—from initial negotiations and contract drafting to due diligence and final closing. His adeptness in managing complex real estate deals ensures that clients receive meticulous attention to detail and strategic advice, ultimately facilitating smooth and successful transactions. Kyle’s deep understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements further enhances his ability to effectively advocate for his clients’ interests, whether they are purchasing their dream home or selling a valuable property.

 Originally from Long Island, Kyle now resides in Westchester with his wife, their two children, and their dog. A passionate New York Islanders fan, Kyle is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing hockey recreationally.
